  • Yes There Is, Depends on which type of computer you have. I have and hp so i went to the hp site and downloaded their network mangament softaware
  • Depending on your router, you may be able to allocate bandwidth. Tell me the model and I can suggest firmware that allows Qos such as bandwidth throttling. Remember that the gateway router on your network manages communication with the internet. If you want to set up a computer on the network as a DHCP server to ign IP addresses and enable routing and remote access on it and use it as the router I can ist you with that.
